That nem is huge! Is it more than one split?

Nice powder brown too. If I didn't absolutely love powder blues I'd have a brown for sure! Still love that stand! :)

no that is one anemone. It's a pretty nice one. And I also like the powder brown tang because it has the red in it and the yellow all-around. I've never seen one like that.

PJ,
Tank looks Great.
Did you make doors for that stand yet if so can you post pic's.
I have a cabinet guy skinning my stand to look like yours. But i am not sure how to make the doors look.
Steve

Did you take pics of how you made them? I planned to build a stand similar to how you did, but figured I'd hire a company to make the doors. Perhaps I can learn from the master... ;-)

Never worked with it. I am enjoying it. I know this tank thread has taken a while to build but I enjoy taking my time trying to make it look as good as possible.

There is a lot of molding that you could add to your wood to make it look different. Plus there's a lot of router bits to help the ages of your wood look even better.

Thanks for your compliment. I hope to soon have the bottom finished and start working on the canopy

Looks incredible!!! Eventually I want to upgrade to a 225-300ish. Probably closer to 300. We would build our stand as well. Love the way yours turned out! Can't wait to see it with the canopy!
