White flakes in phyto?

 I'm growing phyto and started to see white flakes at the bottom. Anyone had experience with this? The culture was in the fridge a while before it started.

Haven't seen that before, run the culture through a floss and see if you can remove the flakes.

Calcium carbonate settled to the bottom when there is no oxygen

Does that mean it needs more bubbles? And should I filter out?

You don't need to filter it out... it won't dissolve now that it has solidified.
