REFRENCE VIDEOS?

so im still really new and really never had any help w my previous tank but i wanted to see if any1 could help w refrence videos because the website coral care just say LOW, MODERATE, OR HIGH FLOW....whuch doesnt really help if u dont know what those flows look like...so figured as for ull to help w refrence videos showing the right flow....the LIVESTOCK im interested in is BUBBLE TIP ANEMONES, HAMMERS AND FROGSPAWN, AND OF COURSE ZOAS...please post to help me be in the right direction and would b helpful for newbies as well

Do a search on Youtube. BRS has a lot of useful videos along with Marine Depot.
