Unlike black long spines, pencils, and black short spines, there are several types of urchins referred to as "pincushion". That said DNA pretty regularly has the blue tuxedo urchins, the white/orange spine ones, and the other shorter spine ones (solid white, solid purple, etc). I would call in advance of going over if you want to be sure. I don't really know the stores farther west.
