If they can make it to day 5 they may be able to be striped. I would have to get a wine glass (no, not to drink and drive) and a portable air stone.
Have you started your cultures yet. If not, I wouldn't worry too much. I don't know if you've been reading about the success with phyto feast and some of the other feeds on the market but this seems to work fine for them. Reed has them for about $44 if I remember right.
