Killing Mushrooms ???

How can I kill mushrooms in my tank. I started with a few but now I have a ton. They are speading all over the place.

Find a natural enemy of the shrooms, like Galaxia, and corral/contain it. Then get a syringe with kalk paste and inject them. It will kill the majority but they will come back...

Or trade the rock with fellow reefers that want them. They get rock with shrooms you get clean rock. I did this with Metallic green polyps when they got out of control. I know it made a lot on this board happy with the trades.

I would be really interested in taking some of those shrooms off your hands if you want to. What color are they?

Thanks for the replies, I have shrooms on about every rock!

They are purplish with blue-green stripes.

I have been trading them with the fish store but I just wish they would all DIE!!!

You could buy some Joes Juice and a seperate serenge ang inject it into unwanted ones.

I know first hand that joes juice works on mushrooms also.

If you're just looking to get rid of them, i'm sure there are people on the board that would take them, especially people just starting...
