how to remeove silicone from glass?

I got an aquarium from someone who had siliconed the sides of it. I am trying to remove it. I scraped it off with a razor blade, but its not a clean scrape. There is still a film of silicone that I cannot get off. Is there something I can use to get it off? Something that would not harm fish later? Thanks.
 
keep going with the razor...jsut keep scrapping be carefull not to scracth the glass but the film will come off.

If you don't already have one goes to Lowes and get a razor holder that is designed to scrap stickers off windows.
 
Thank you. I've been really working at it. It is coming off, but there's just some tight spaces I can't get to with this razor holder that I've been using. I'm having my husband bring me home a small, regular size razor I can use on those. Its looking a lot better, but Its been a lot of work. I guess I was just hoping there was an easy answer. :)
