Help with Apex

went to update firmware and my controller froze up unplugged it re plugged it in and still froze up  so i borrowed a display module thinking i could go in to settings that way to reboot it and no it did't work anybody have any suggestion

Thanks for all you help guys Russ from Neptune Apex Forum hooked up with me on the phone and it was all because my Internet and my apex have the same IP address took us a while but he was able to walk me through it after he done some reading and looking up some information on it, he said after being in the IT field for about 25 yrs he has never once seen this. what a awesome dude and the knowledge he holds it was cool to be able to talk to him instead of texting him a big high five the Michael Russ from Neptune Apex Forum
