destin: seagrass and sand question

Hi All,

I plan to setup a planted tank and refugium. I am going to Destin this July. Does anybody know a place that i can get the seagrass and sands legally? As far as the sands, is it a good idea to get sea sands into the tank? Anything I need to do or be aware off? Please let me know. I really appreciate your responses.

Well I was there last year and saw the tar balls rolling in and all the stuff in the water for the rest of the week. Not really sure I would use any if it in my tank but hey that is mho.
 
Not to mention how illegal it is to take anything from the ocean in Florida. I plan to be in the area myself, and have been reading up on all the fun regulations of what you can and cant do. Basically, if you want to do it, its against the law. If you dont want to do it, its ok to do so.
