Hello,My name is Isabel, I am VERY new to the saltwater aquarium world. My husband and I decided it would be a good hobby, I was surprised to find that it is much more than a hobby. I love it. We love it. Anyway, I noticed some stuff growing on my live rock, and through some investigative work (and google) I determined that it was a mix of green algae (mostly on the top of my live rock where the lights are very bright) some cyanobacteria on the sides of the rock, and some coraline algae. I understand that cyanobacteria and green algae are not good for the tank. the situation is not out of control. I would like to keep it that way, and hopefully fix it. Do you have tips or suggestions on how to fix it? The internet is full of info, but it is very disorganized. My good friend referred me to this wonderful group. I hope you guys are able to help. Thank you! PS: I have a tiny 13.5 gallon tank with 2 clownfish, 3 mini-hermit crabs, 1 emerald crab, and 2 snails.
