Wow, you would think people are smoking this stuff with all the state & government laws against it.

How do we not get in trouble for having it in our refugiums... and admitting to the very fact in forums?
 
no it says US law...sounds like it's illegal to carry across states lines if you follow that website.
 
Looks like just c. taxafolia - "It is illegal to import or transport Caulerpa taxifolia aquarium strain across state lines including internet sale"
 
If any algae are made illegal nationwide it should be Hair Algae and Bryopsis.
