Blue LED Lights at Night

Has anyone determined the benefits or consequences of leaving the Blue LEDS on at night? Does it promote good health or cause stress to corals and inverts?Thanks,C Stierhoff

You'll get different opinions here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/blue-lights-on-all-night.284954/I don't know if there's been a definitive study or just a bunch of anecdotal evidence. I turn mine off and just run blues-only for the 1st and last hour of my cycle.

I have never seen any bad effects to leaving them on, mine are always on at night set low so I can see.
