Best quality food that can be bought locally?

What frozen or live food can I buy in the DFW area that is the highest available quality, I went to DNA and they have IQF which I think is higher quality than Hikari, NLS or ON (?) which is what I currently have, but wasn't sure which one to get. If I went with IQF what should I buy?, what about other brands?, I think they didn't have PE Mysis but I didn't ask. Not sure what other foods would be best, I do not care about price at all, just the absoute best that I can get locally or ultimately at least shipped. Would prefer frozen, as I am a little uneasy about dumping water from live food in the tank.

In particular looking for the best food for pigmy angels, but a general food for omnivores and carnivores would also be good. Not looking for any coral food, just fish food.

Any suggestions welcome.

IMO lrs fish frenzy is the best quality food, next would be Rods. I believe DNA has rods but I don't think they have LRS but rift to reef in flower mound has it.

I used to use rods now use lrs

Reef remedies or rift2reef

Rod's is my personal choice for fish food although I've heard nothing but good things about LRS. I just haven't tried it yet. I think they're both going to be very similar and both make a reef version and a fish only version ("Fish Frenzy" vs "Reef Frenzy" and Rod's "Original" vs Rod's "Fish Only").

I get my Rod's food at Mid-Cities but I'm sure you can find it someplace closer to you.

Thank you everyone for the recommendations, I believe I saw rods food at DNA when I was there, I will call to confirm, I don't think they have the LRS but I will ask too, I will probably try the rod's food first, I see from their webpage they have all this:

Original
original Herbivore
herbivore
Fish Only
Predator
predator Coral
coral Breeder
breeder Pacific Plankton
pacific plankton Seaweed
seaweed Fish Eggs
fish eggs Krill+
krill EMP
emp Beta Carotene
beta carotene Astaxanthin
astaxanthin

Which one would be most likely to be eaten by a pigmy angel, flame angelfish in this case. Was thinking about just getting the Fish only one?

The original will be just fine.
Unless they just started to carry it they don't have LRS. Nothing wrong with rods though but out of the two I prefer LRS.

Not keeping them currently, but I used an algae filter for both filtration and as a food source for the grazers.
