Starting up a new DSA neo nano 34

Radion gen2
MP10W
Reef keeper lite
Bubble-magus NAC 5.5
Eheim 1250

You might consider putting a "T" coming out of the bulkhead for the drain lines and then creating a durso to keep the drain noise down. On our Neo Nano it was almost unbearable!

Started to add water and sand.

BTW I am using a very small pump (Eheim 1250) only 317gph. So I don't think it will be pushing enough water to make much noise.
What return pump did you use?
 
I was running a Mag 3 pump at about 2.5-3ft of head height so probably about 250gph. There wasnt enough air to water mix to stop the gurgling noise.

Skimmer neck has a leak and will be going back :(
 
Tank is full of water with no leaks so far.
Niteowl you are right it is a little loud. Hope it gets a little quiet after break in.
 
Rock should be in next week from BRS
Reef keeper and hang kit for radion should be here Monday.

What a PTA but I got the radion hanging. Time to work on the reef keeper.
 
Looking good. I also had a neo nano and went with some type of durso like majig. Helped a TON
