Willing to pay someone in the north richland hills area to help set up.

Did you go to http://www.Apexfusion.com? then create an account? I am not 100% sure, but you may get in that way

There is no download for Fusion. It's all web based. You will need to be running the most current firmware on your Apex and the current Fusion site is still in an open beta mode. There are a limited number of new users allowed per day, so it may take you a while to get an account if you haven't done that already.

Try it multiple times during the day. It took me a few days to be able to get an account to download the beta.

Here's my blog about last night's install: http://www.reefaddicts.com/entry.php/29091-Apex-updated-to-Fusion

Thanks guys I'll see if I can piece all the info together said:
It'll be a lot easier once it's out of the beta phase and officially released. Right now there are still a few features that it's missing. Nothing really major, but some of the setup for modules and stuff still requires you to use the built in web services from the Apex unit. I've been using Fusion for a few weeks now and overall my opinion is it's going to be a huge step in the right direction, removing the need for port forwarding and the other network stuff that seems to give people trouble. Right now, though, I'd still recommend using the "old" way rather than relying on Fusion as your only control source. I plan to continue to use both options.
