Well one of my Apex units died on me in the middle of an update. I was actually able to recover the unit with the help of support and Billy.I was able use a different router and was good to go! Guess it didn't like my enterprise grade Cisco router.I am 100% back up and good to go!
 
I have a like new apex lite, bought for a backup to my reg apex that I would sell if yours goes down again. Just LMK
