Who is this hitchhiker?

Looks like a amphipod to me. Amphipod and copepods are good for the aquarium. :)http://www.melevsreef.com/critter/amphipod?hide=true 
 
The thing is shockingly big. I would say about half an inch. Was almost scared he might be a mantis or pistol shrimp lol

I second the amphipod ID both on size and picture.  I've put these guys in microscopes before and measured them (it's terribly hard to get them to stop squirming), they really are that big sometimes.
