What is the best sand

Moving corals and fish contents from a well established reef 150 to a reef 210, and will want to add sand. What specific brand do you recommend.

I've used Caribsea Special Grade and MarcoRock's sand in the past, and was happy with both. If you plan on having high flow for stony corals, then MarcoRocks sand will likely pick and blow around as its pretty fine sand.
