What ceiling mount?

What ceiling mount should I use to hand my new Radion G2 LED. It will be for a single unit above a 20g tank. will a toggle bolt ans eye hook work?

This is what we did with an LED fixture rather than attach to ceiling. This shelf cost $20 at Lowes, and has a metal bracket that you attach to the wall, that has 2 rods that extend inside the shelf to support it. My wife liked having another shelf.

I used chains and made a metal frame to mount leds to and added loop bolts on corners to hook onto the chain.
