Using "Old Water" okay or not?

I use a 55g drum for holding my newly mixed saltwater. However, that water can sit for a month before I finish it all. Do you think there is any problem with using that water for changes after it's been sitting for awhile?

i would keep a pump running on it and maybe cover it but i would think it is fine...
 
i do this with mine sometimes, i have a 65 gallon, and i will fill it and not use it all, my container has complete cover and i keep a pump running all the time, see no problems.
 
If you keep it in a sealed container, it will be fine for a month. One or two companies sell jugs of saltwater, but even those have expiration dates.

I do have it covered and run a mag9 awhile before using the water. I guess I should just keep it going all the time though.
