I got back from being out of town this morning and looked at my tank. The toadstool that I tried to save from petco didn't make it. It was falling apart. I can't understand what happened. Aren't these things supposed to be very hardy. My water is in great condition.

Anyway, I'll never ever shop Petco again. They should be fined by the conditions of their tanks. I won't make the same mistake again.

I think I'll keep to saving dogs and animals at least they have a better chance when I get them from the streets.

I have a huge toadstool that I may be getting rid of shortly if you're interested. It's about 8 inches across by 4 inches wide and is attached to a nice size piece of rubble rock. it has a nice yellow base.
