Strang worm

Ok...so when I fed the fish last night, I saw several 1/2 to 1" worms (?!?) come out to eat. They came from inside the rock and I haven't seen them since. Looked a bit like a centipede of sorts. Lots of "legs/spikes", thin and pinkish in color.

Can someone identify this for the new guy and tell me what to do next?

Sounds like a bristleworm.. good guys / detrivores.

ok...so I googled for a pic and you are right -- bristle worms. So nothing to worry about, just don't touch them? Is that correct?
