Elliotts Hardware on Coit had / has a center display just behind the registers with surgical instruments. I bought heavy duty scissors, short and long forceps, tweezers, and some other stuff a few weeks ago.
It's a given one never knows whether the markings on a foreign product are as claimed (stamped SS) - but I soaked a pair of the small forceps in a bowl of saltwater for a week with no rust and no discernable change in the chemistry beyond what I expected.
Their stock changes frequently so I have no idea what you might find this week.
