I need some guidance. I have a tlf phosban 150 running Rowaphos media. I noticed today it has turned gray. I have been running it in a 100gallon for about 3 weeks.

Any idea's?

Take a piece of the gray stuff and drop it in vinegar.... If it starts to fizzle what is happening it is binding to the calcium in the water

Is your dosing area next intake pump or upstream of the rowaphos move it away from the pump or downstream of the rowaphos

I'm dosing in the return pump chamber (third), the reactor is powered by a mj in the first chamber (beside the skimmer) and exiting the reactor in the third chamber, next to the dosing area.

So the water flowing through the reactor is coming from the first chamber and dumping out in the third.

How is calcium interacting with it.

No, but I would remove the white stuff.
