I've never heard of a tank being poisoned by sea hare eggs, but you might want to search, just in case. I assume if they're not fertilized, they'll just decompose, which might cause a bit of a spike in ammonia / nitrite / nitrate, if the volume of eggs to water is high enough.

As to whether they're viable, I really don't know. Some species have a free swimming veliger stage, while a very few others go directly to small small versions of the adult. The main challenge to raising them seems to be that the larvae may be more food specific than the adults.

You could end up with babies. And mandarins eat those eggs.
