It'd be much easier if you gave us an description of the equipment that you have or would like to have.
As in this trade, there are many, Many, MANY different equipments and setups. The room you have to work with under the tank will also make a large difference as well.
That'll help narrow your field of choices down.
Another suggestion is to visit an LFS and check out there plumbing. Actuality, when I visit an LFS I always check out the "entire system" And ask questions. Most will be more then willing to help
