Please help! Which sand bed gets more light?!?

My 100 gal tall (48"x 20"x 24") with 6 bulb HO t5 fixture (2-12k, 2-coral growth, 2-actinic) or
My 100 gal long (60"x 18"x 20") with 4 bulb HO t5 fixture (2-12k, 2-actinic)?

I have quite a few sand bed dwelling corals with different light requirements. Trying to figure out what will do better where.

The first just based off more bulbs and shorter tank..... but more light is not always best for corals on the bottom... You want to have enough but not too much. That is where the PAR meter or experimentation will come into play as will lighting period.
 
The dimensions are l x w x h the first one is shorter but deeper. Anyone have a par meter?
