Neptune Leak detection

Do I need both the Advanced Leak detector(ALD) Module and the Leak probe? Or can I just get the Probe? I have the full Apex

Both, the probe plugs into the module.

Recently got one. Set it up to email me and shut off all pumps. Very sensitive to any moisture. After multiple false alarms I put it on a Post It note rather than on the bare floor and seems to have helped.

Mine is wood also. I just think there's enough salt creep and low level moisture in the wood that some condensation must collect under the detector and set it off.
