Need to find plastic strawberry basket

I'm not sure they make those little green baskets anymore - most of the time, they are in a plastic tray that has holes in the bottom, but not the top / sides.

Can you use netting somehow?
 
Why don't you cut the top off a 2 liter coke bottle and drill holes in it? That would work just as well and still provide your clam with light.
 
I must admit, the obvious solution, though not the most pleasant, is to go borrow one of the fish traps available in the member's only forum and remove Mr. Potter...

(Or the clam)...

Thinking long term...

drop by your local dollar store. most of them sell these plastic baskets that folks use to store cosmetics, pencils and stuff. most stores will carry assorted sizes. i think you'll want some that will allow good water flow and light thru the holes.
