[Well, thanks to all the help I received from the members of the forum I have built my own refugium for my sump. It's only 6 gallons for my 140 tank, but hey it was worth a try. Put it into the larger section of my sump and drilled a bulkhead openning for a minipower head to fill it and used the dremel to make slits on one end to overflow back into the sump. All I need to do now is put in some sand and hang a lite in the cabinet.]
