My hammer coral is shrinking

I need some help. My hammer coral has been shrinking and not opening up over the past few weeks. The tentacles are thin and the tissue from the base is receiding. I feed it mysis and reef roids. Ive also given it a few dips. No brown jelly though. Here are my parameters:SG 1.026KH 9.5Ca 440Mg 1600Nitrate 3phosp 0.05par 120 - on sand bed under radions xr15 following AB+ programlow flow on bottom Suggestions?View attachment 2032   
 
How long have you had it?Have you changed anything on the tank in the last few weeks?[(Lighting or Dosing)]
 
It looks fairly normal to me. The common issues with LPS are Alk related. Are you consistent in your dosing or are you getting swings in Alk?Do you have anything in the tank that might be bothering it?
 
I ended up moving it to my 280 Gal with a refugium. The ph stays between 8.1 and 8.3 with the same alkalinity. We will see if it gets better.
