micro bubbles

Its been 5 years or so.
My new tank:150 gallon reef tank,eshopps sump,eshopps :S-200 Skimmer,phosban reactor,artica chiller,led lights,computer etc.
Can anyone tell me why im getting micro bubbles coming out of the vent pipe on the skimmer?
Also seems like not skimming as well as it should have. Thanks in advance for the feed back.

When did you clean it last? Is the venturi tube (and the nipple) absolutely pristine and unclogged?

yes,all is clean. i even cleaned the propeller inside the pump
