Metal Halide: Mogul VS HQI?

Can we make a list of pros and cons for the differences in these two types of bulbs? I'm thinking along the lines of relative output, energy efficiency, bulb life, ballast life, temperature, bulb cost, quality of light, reflectivity of light, and any other important factors.
