Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable driver

Ok so i won a 36 LED Kit at the Social and finally got it on the Heatsink and wired and what not. So i Find that the Diver must have a Controller or Dimmer for it to work right. I dont have a Soldering Iron or anything like that, so with that being said what is the cheapest fastest way to get these lights up and running? I Testes everything with the Double A thing to test out the 36 LEDs and they all run nicely.

i have it if you wanna buy or trade, because i don't have use for it anymore now that i have an apex.
 
yes, it's ready to be spliced in. the copper wires were cut and just need to be twisted/soldered/covered with electrical tape. wayne should be able to help you with wiring this dimmer to your drivers. and yes, we are supposed to meet up whenever you're free so i can pick up some frags, and i guess we can take care of this deal too.
