Jebao rw-8 stopped working

My Jebao rw-8 stopped working. All the lights on the controller appeared normal but no impeller movement. I disconnected it and took it apart and cleaned everything. With everything cleaned and reassembled, now the green power light on the power supply blinks and only the "H" light (mode) faintly blinks. Tested power supply and it is good. If i disconnect the pump assembly from the controller and add power to the controller, everything lights up normally.
I think my pump is shot. Any ideas?

Thanks guys. Did some more troubleshooting an verified the pump is the problem. Tried to start in manually but that didn't work. So i gave up and bought a new one. Disappointed that this unit lasted less than a year
