ID Anyone?

I just noticed this yellow material starting to cover my rocks. I have not noticed it before today and now it is in at least 3 places. My first thought was that it was a sponge, but it appeared quickly and is filamentous. Any ideas?
 
Looks like a sponge to me... I've got quite a bit of yellow sponge in my system that looks just like that...
 
i would vote for a sponge most likely as well but that second pic makes me wonder b/c I've never seen a sponge expand to a sandbed like that.
 
Wow, small world! I was moving some rock around in my tank the other day and found one of those yellow sponges. It looked cool, I was gonna take a pic and post it, but you guys beat me to it!!!
 
OK that everyone. :) I guess I was right in the first place. The growth pattern is differnt from any other I have seen.
