[I was looking for my pictures from cozumel recently hoping that I had gotten some of the underwater ones developed (which I hadn't), and I came across these. I remember thinking when I was there that I wanted this turtle's job. All he did was sit in this cove at Xcarat (near Playa Del Carmen) and eat treats that the tourists offered him as they were going in snorkling. Man, an all-you-can-eat job that includes free snorkling and diving trips. That's the life. They raise these at Xcarat though and release them, so he must have grown up there. I have pics of the babies they had in the tanks too. In one of these you can see a Sargent Major begging too over the turtle's right shoulder, and the blue streak is some type of blue tang that was begging for a meal also.
