How to post pictures

I was wondering if someone could give me some quick directions on how to post pictures
I would like to start a build log of the tank im attempting to setup. Also, do I have to do it in the build log forum or can I keep it here on the wichita falls section? Thanks in advance.

I see that no one has answered you yet. I can tell you what I do.

I have a Canon digital camera with Zoombrowser software. I transfer pictures from camera to Zoombrowser. Then, in my post, I click on "upload attachment", and then "browse", and then I drag and drop a picture from Zoombrowser into the "File Upload" box. Then I click "add file", and then I click "Open". Then I place the cursor in the "Subject" box wherever I want the picture to post, and I click "add the file".

I don't know about where you can post.

From our FAQ page:
Can I post images?
Yes, images can be shown in your posts. If the administrator has allowed attachments, you may be able to upload the image to the board. Otherwise, you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.example.com/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor images stored behind authentication mechanisms, e.g. hotmail or yahoo mailboxes, password protected sites, etc. To display the image use the BBCode tag.

And here are two brief video demos: http://www.dfwmas.org/Forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=62674&start=0#p513257

Yes the thread will stay and every time someone makes a post, that post will move to the top. Looking forward to seeing you build.
