Help ID what this is on a frog spawn

To me it looks like feather dusters in the shape of a hand graving for things. I bought these as last chance to save them from DNA but want to make sure this is normal and not something bad. YouTube link below

Yes, they are barnacles, but will grow enough to take out the head they are in, but how long they live from my experience is a couple of years.
 
Should I just take coral out and call it a lost cause? There is like one on each head

There is always the SLIM chance that the barnacle(s) will expire before he/they takes over the head(s) of the coral he is in. He can't affect other coral. Interesting to watch. I'd leave it.
 
If you don’t want the barnacles, I think a dab of super glue would fix the problem. My torch I got from dna had a barnacle too...
