help! coral dying!

just recently i started noticing that my candy cane is dying. i know i know take it out and do an imediate water change.


well heres the problem. i have a nice little patch of zoos, about 20 heads maybe and they are attached to the rock that the candy cane is on. what do i do in this scenario??????




edit: i did a water test and all my params check out. how do i know its dying? im starting to see the skeleton underneath.
 
Hey,
I can make some room for it in my tank if you want to bring it over. No guarantees if it will pull through. How old is your tank? Are all the heads affected?
