Help! 6 line wrasse swimming upside down

I got a 6 line wrasse from liveaquaria today at 10am. By noon he was swimming upside down. Still alive in a at tank - 10 hours later. Any suggestions?
 
Hmmm that doesn't sound good...you have other fish in the tank doing good?Might check parameters to make sure all in check...ammonia, nitrite, nitrate..
 
Ahh bummer, sorry man :-(Might still check parameters on QT to see if that was the cause or just bad shipping...
 
I did and liveaquaria is reshipping. I am still saddened by the loss and wanted to save the poor creatures life.
 
Glad they are reshipping for you.  Sounds like his swim bladder may have gotten damaged during shipping to you since he couldn't upright himself in the tank... 
 
That is what I thought but hated to sound like I knew. Upon further inspection his bottom seemed bloated.
