I think my pretty green hammer is dead. Should I pull it out of the tank or see if it will come back? I have no clue why all the heads slowly died off. It was doing fine for months and my other LPS (flower pot), zoos and leathers are fine.
No clue what's causing the heads to die off (Could be many possibilities, too much/little flow, light, food, water parameters, etc) but as long as there's still some flesh left I'd leave in the tank, even though I'd prolly move it in the tank...
