Getting dead rock ready to use again?

I've got 2 rubbermaid 30's full of dry dead rock from breaking down my tanks. I think I've had a long enough break.
The rock has been out of water for about 6 months. What should I do to it to make it ready for use?
 
Look into acid washing it. I did a batch 2 weeks ago and it is already getting coraline algae growing on it already

I am going to do some acid washing of dead rock this weekend and I am going to take pics and write a short article for newsletter pm your email addy and I will send you instructions and pics that I am also sending to Jim fir the newsletter
