If anyone remembers my temp soared to 92 in my tank and my frogspawn died. anyway I kept the branch in the tank. I was looking at the branch this morning and it seems to have some neon green bubble looking things growning all over it. Is this possible for some to start growing back? I'll try and put up a picture later.
 
Most definitely...

Never give up on an LPS! No matter how dead it looks, just never give up on 'em, I've heard of some that the owner was 100% convinved it was dead, getting ready to throw it out, put it in the back of their tank, and forgot about it...

And months later noticing a thriving coral coming out of what they thought was dead skeleton...
