Frogspawn Problem

I have had server large "heads" fall of my frogspawn. Is there anything I can fo with them. I tried to glue one to a small rock but it did not hold. They just settled to the bottem and the still "inflate" like norml, but they just aren't attached.

Any idea?

I think the underlining problem is my water, nitrates a little high. Im working on that as I type.
 
It's possible for the fleshy part of a LPS to detach from it's skeleton, and re-grow a skeleton, but it takes pristine water conditions for it to do that... But it IS possible...
