How do these frag swaps work?

Is it just vendors selling, or people bringing frags to trade or what?

I have two large forest fire digitata frags I want to bring for trade or possibly just give away.

Hi @edwardownen - yes! A few years ago our club decided to get back to our roots, so not only are there tables where club members are selling frags (and yes, some of those are hobbyists and some may have retail and/or online stores) but also there is a club table where hobbyists like yourself might want to bring just an item or couple and either put it into a silent auction where YOU make all the money or you can donate corals as there is an area where FREE corals are given away first come, first get! Go to the club auction/freebie table to leave your coral (and info, if you are putting something in auction - I think Kelly will have two auctions if it's like last year).

The swap is in a couple weeks. I'll have a lot of Speckled Rainbow Bubbletip Anemones, Hammers, Torches and a variety of SPS available. Stop by and say hello and have a look.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

I have a couple OG bounces I would like to trade for corals I do not have. They generally range in size from 3/4" - 2". Some plugs in the pic have multiple shrooms, so I need to cut the plug and separate them this weekend. If anyone is interested let me know! See you at the show!

I'm mainly interested in: (but not entirely limited to just these.)
Galaxia
Weeping willow leather
Purple monster zoas
Rainbow Infusion zoas
Hawaiian PE zoas
Acan lords
Green slimer
Staghorn
Milka stylo
pocillopora
Monti cap (red, green or grafted)
Torches (no gold ones)
Other unique pieces
Also looking for tisbe pods and Rhodomonas Salina.20250210_213622.jpg

I'm putting a link to the pinned Live Goods area for 3/1 event's swapping coordination. That thread has had WAY more people check it out than this thread, so I fear the above suggested swaps will be overlooked, and instead as a club we are trying to encourage trades. No overgrown coral should go in the trash. Instead we want to support corals getting homes. Please checkout:
