When using MicroBacter7, do you dose it every day and do you turn off skimmer after you dose.

It depends on your system parameters. If you have high Nitrates, then yes, you dose every day and turn skimmer off for 4 hours. Once you have a low nutrient system, you start dosing once per week. Remember to take things slow, overdosing doesn't do anything with this product in terms of working "faster", it just really wastes the product.
