Chromis fry

So my Chromis has another batch of babies. I removed as many as I could and they are in a 5 gallon tank filled up with 3 gallons of water. I put plenty of rots in and they all seem to be swimming in a circle around the air stone on the bottom of the tank since yesterday.  they dont swim around like i see everywhere else. Tried all variations of air flow, lighting, they just do the same thing.  Is this normal? What can I do to encourage them to move around.

That's cool your chromis are breeding. Hopefully someone here has had some experience with them and can chime in.
