Calcium Reactor question

I assume that the recirculation pump stays on at all time and the feed pump only comes on when the CO2 is on?

Is that correct?

if it's like mine the feed pump and recirc. pump are allways on. The recirc pump keeps the water in the chamber moving, and the feed pump fills/presurizes it, so the drops can come out. so both allways on...at least on mine.

I feed mine off my return. so no wasted eletricty.

I have both pumps on my Geo on all the time. You need to keep the water circulating within and through the reactor in order for it to work properly. The only thing that shuts on/off is the co2.
