In the last few weeks I've started to find some of these. At first I thought they were kind of cool. Then I started reading about possible problems with them eating zoas and some of the stony corals. I've started pulling them out of the display and dropping them in the sump. What's your experience? Should I let them be? Keep putting them in the sump or flush 'em.

I leave mine unless I find them actually on a zoa (only happened once), then I drop them in the sump. Sometimes I just drop 'em in the sump anyway.

I've recently got some as well. I found a couple munching on my rose mili and some on my Zoas. When I see them, I yank them out and throw them away.

Only time I see them on a coral is when that coral is already dying.

careful when you yank them, make sure you dont pinch off any pieces bc those will regrow into another star.

I have a gazillion of these and bought a Harlequin shrimp to free my tank of them. I want my Coralline algae back !!
